Even though bad foods taste good, when you change what things you eat to the good, over time your taste buds will change. All of a sudden on day, you will like eating differently but more healthfully.

- Stop eating all animal products. Doing so now may increase your life span. This means any meat, [1 nih.gov] dairy and eggs. Why?
- Immediately cease eating all ‘grain’ products, even so-called ‘gluten free’. Why?
- No more oil. This goes for all cooking oils (yes, even olive oil.) Why? (If you want olive oil, eat a few olives on your salad!)
- No more fructose. Why?
- Stop eating ‘fake meat’ soy products. Why?
