Inflammatory Disease Cure? Begin Eating Healthier Food


What are inflammatory diseases? These are a few of them listed below. Food influences our health to a great degree. The way to health is partly through the food we eat. For example, I lost fifty pounds eating plant based whole food.

I suffered from gout and rheumatoid arthritis symptoms. I changed what I ate and drank and the pain and swelling went away. Changing what food you eat will likely benefit your health. It will also help you lose the weight you had a hard time getting off before.

Many doctors laugh at nutrition mistakenly thinking it doesn’t do a thing. But, they have been proven wrong over and over. The research proves otherwise.

We are genetically very close to the great apes. No one needs to tell them what to eat. They are smarter than you think. Look at our teeth. They were designed to eat things like fruits and vegetables. Try eating more fruits and vegetables during this week and see how much better you begin feeling.
