I Had Arthritis Inflammation: You Might Want to Stop Eating These…

Foods I Eat 'More' of Now, Because of Past Arthritis Symptoms

I have concluded I must be one of the unlucky ‘prone’ to inflammation. Because, it shows up really fast whenever I eat the wrong foods. There are many things I have learned to eat less or none of unless I want more pain.

If you are inclined to get inflammation of the joints (RA or rheumatoid arthritis) or generalized inflammation like I do on occasion, you might want to consider changing some of the ‘culprit’ foods you currently eat.

For example, add alcoholic beverages (especially red wine), aspartame (NutraSweet), caffeinated drinks (coffee, tea and colas), monosodium glutamate (MSG) and nitrites like those found in sandwich meats. Here’s an additional list of common ‘pain triggers’ affecting people who are ‘susceptible’…

  • Dairy
  • Chocolate
  • Eggs
  • Citrus Fruits
  • Meat
  • Wheat
  • Nuts and Peanuts
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Corn
  • Apples
  • Bananas

‘Vegan Diet

A diet including intake of only fruits and vegetables, eliminating any animal product or by-products is vegan diet. This has been repeatedly reported to be clinically beneficial for disease remission in RA patients [1 ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5682732/]’.

Those who have not found a cure to their ailment, disease or condition may look to alternative medicine as a last-ditch effort for a remedy. Through my own research and trial and error, I discovered food can and does cure.

When I lost weight, I also began feeling much better. So, now, I write articles about health and longevity, too. People around the world who eat plant based whole food are notably trim and fit. They are also among people who live the longest.
