It was always a big mystery to me in losing weight. I had a hard time, but was doing it wrong. I think I must have listened to too many ‘Quack’ doctors and read their misleading books.
Obviously, they were in it for the money, but many like myself believed what they said and tried out their dangerous diets. Then, there were all those weight loss commercials on TV. Eat this and not that! Here, buy our food delivered to your door!
Such a rip off! Lies, lies, and even more lies! Was there anyone who told the truth? There wasn’t the information available readily back then in the late 70’s like there is currently right at our fingertips with cell phones and the internet. Except, that now the same problem persists. There is a lot of misinformation and we have to weed through it ourselves.

I have always loved chips and dip. I always craved the salty over the sweet like ice cream. I loved cheese and salami and crackers. I have eaten a heck of a lot of meat in my time washing it all down with untold gallons of milk. Again, a big business blatantly lied! ‘Every body does not need milk’! It’s a surprise I am still alive. There must be a reason I am still around!

Before I began this site, I weighed over 200 pounds. I never had energy and was tired of pulling my pants up because my belly pushed them back down. Now, my weight is self maintained. It’s automatic. That is, of course, if I don’t begin eating bags of chips!
There’s something about refined grains in that when you grind them into a fine powder, the increased surface area will add on the pounds. I couldn’t have just one chip. I would eat the whole family pack greasy bag in one sitting watching my favorite vampire movie!
