You have likely heard eating meat isn’t good for you. I have found other animal products aren’t, either. You might be considering stopping eating meat. But, it helps to have good reasons in mind doing so. Why should we stop eating meat and using animal products?
Doesn’t a doctor ask you questions about how something makes you feel? Is this science or opinion? Why is it some of us have allergic reactions to dairy? Were we not created to eat it? And, what about wheat? Gluten bothers many of us.
